GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is Back Porch Talkin’?

We’re a Gen‑X, veteran‑owned brand built on porch‑truths, heritage Americana, and no‑nonsense gear. Everything we sell is custom‑made to order.


ORDERS & PRODUCTION

How long does it take to make my order?

Every item is made just for you.

Production times:

  • T‑Shirts: 2–5 business days

  • Hats: 2–5 business days

  • Mugs & Tumblers: 2–5 business days

  • Engraved Whiskey Glasses: 3–7 business days

Production time does not include weekends or holidays.

Why does my order take a few days before shipping?

Because nothing sits on a shelf. Your item is printed, pressed, engraved, or built after you order it. That’s how we keep quality high and waste low.


SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships:

  • U.S. delivery: 3–5 business days

  • International (if enabled): 7–21 business days

Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–10 business days.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Different items are produced at different facilities. If you ordered multiple products, they may ship separately. Each package will have its own tracking number.


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Do you accept returns?

Because everything is custom‑made to order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We replace it free of charge.

  • A clear photo of the issue

You do not need to return the defective item.

How long do I have to report an issue?

You have 30 days from delivery to report damage, defects, or printing errors.


SIZING & PRODUCT DETAILS

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and device type. We print using industry‑standard equipment for consistent results.


PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (if enabled).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout.


SHIPPING ISSUES

What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office. If it still can’t be located, email us and we’ll help investigate.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately. If it has already shipped, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?

If enabled, yes. International orders may have customs fees or VAT charges that the customer is responsible for.
