Welcome to Back Porch Talkin’! Every item we sell is custom‑made to order, which means your gear is produced specifically for you the moment you hit “Buy.”

Production Time (Fulfillment)

Different products have different build times:

• T‑Shirts: 2 to 5 business days

• Hats: 2 to 5 business days

• Mugs & Tumblers: 2 to 5 business days

• Engraved Whiskey Glasses: 3 to 7 business days

Production time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order leaves the production facility, typical U.S. delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days via USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce

Total time from order to delivery is usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on product type and volume.

Order Tracking

The moment your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your porch.

Multiple Item Orders

Because different items are produced at different facilities, your order may ship in separate packages. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

• Email us at me@backporchtalkinstuff.com

• Include your order number

• Include photos if the item is damaged

We’ll work with our production partner to replace the item when eligible.

International Orders (If Enabled)

International shipments may take 7 to 21 business days and may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
