A word from the founder:

I didn't create this shirt to make money. I created it because I've seen this crisis up close, in different ways, over time, and staying quiet wasn't an option anymore. If this shirt sparks one honest conversation, that's a win. But stopping "just one" was never really the goal, it's about being a small piece of what stops all of them.

The Product:

The design features the Back Porch Talkin' emblem, set against a weathered American flag, with a "You Matter" octagon at its center. Below it, the line that carries the whole message: "Changing Today What I Don't Want To Be Tomorrow." It's not a slogan. It's a discipline.

The number 22 became a national symbol for veteran suicide awareness after a 2012 VA study estimated an average of 22 veteran suicides per day. Since then, more comprehensive data has adjusted that figure, but the number endures because it did what statistics alone couldn't: it broke the silence. The mission it represents hasn't changed. You Matter is the first step. Changing Today is the next one, until we reach zero.

We manually clean up alignment issues, fix typography, and adjust color boundaries down to the pixel in GIMP so the final art looks hand-crafted.Unmatched Digital Clarity: All of our production print files are exported at a massive canvas resolution of at least 4000 x 4000 pixels.Ultra-High Density Output: We lock all file delivery to well over 300 Dots Per Inch (DPI).
