We do not use messy automated exports, blurry clip-art, or rushed, low-res images. Because our brand is built on graphics that make you stop and look closely, we hold our design files to a rigorous premium production standard:Meticulous Quality Control: Every single design emblem goes through at least 6 independent design iterations for quality control after the initial concept is accepted. We manually clean up alignment issues, fix typography, and adjust color boundaries down to the pixel in GIMP so the final art looks hand-crafted.Unmatched Digital Clarity: All of our production print files are exported at a massive canvas resolution of at least 4000 x 4000 pixels.Ultra-High Density Output: We lock all file delivery to well over 300 Dots Per Inch (DPI). This incredibly dense ink map ensures that every fine stipple dot, rugged wood grain line, and weathered texture prints crisp, sharp, and picture-perfect when it hits the physical textile printer—no blurry edges, no muddy color bleeds.
